Usually, yes. We phase the work so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom, seal off dust, and agree the quiet hours before we start. For a full gut we'll tell you honestly if moving out for a few weeks is faster and cheaper.
What happens if you find a problem behind a wall?
We stop, show you photos and a written price for the fix, and only continue once you approve it. Nothing hidden is ever added to the bill without your signature.
