Our story
From a two-man framing crew to a full design-build team
Northline started in 2004 as two carpenters framing houses in East Dallas. Homeowners kept asking us to finish what we'd framed, so we learned the rest of the trades and the paperwork that comes with them.
Today we're a design-build team of project managers, carpenters and long-standing trade partners — electricians, plumbers and roofers who have worked with us for years. That continuity is why our schedules hold and our finishes are consistent.
We're still family-owned, and every project still gets an owner's phone number.
